Cancellation Policy

Only cancellations in writing will be accepted, please ensure you receive a valid confirmation of cancellation in return, from the reservation office.

Any time after reservation is confirmed a 25% cancellation fee (on total booking amount) will be incurred. Cancellation 30-60 days prior to arrival date a 50% cancellation fee (on total booking amount) will be incurred. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
